Choose Your Soccer Path
NUCS and UCSC offer soccer options for players of all ages and commitment levels, from first-time recreation players to competitive club teams.
Recreation / Challenger
Our recreation program is designed for players who want to learn, play, have fun, and be part of a team.
- Everyone plays
- Full uniform and ball included
- Fall and spring season
- Typically 1 game and 1 practice per week
- Geographic teams when possible
AA Competition
AA is a great next step for players and teams who want more competition while keeping costs and travel reasonable.
- Tryouts each May
- Utah County based games
- More competitive than recreation
- Often 1–2 practices and 1–2 games per week
- Many teams also play indoor during winter
Club / UCSC
Club soccer is our highest level of competition and is for players looking for a more competitive soccer experience.
- Teams play under Utah County Soccer Club / UCSC
- Tryouts in late May and early June
- Typically 2 practices and 2 games per week
- May include tournaments and winter indoor play
- Competitive soccer at a much lower cost than many clubs
Fall 2026 / Spring 2027 Recreation Registration
Challenger / Recreation registration is now open for the Fall 2026 / Spring 2027 season.
- Early bird discount: Register by May 17, 2026 and save $10.
- Additional child discount: Families receive $5 off each additional child after the first through June 26.
- Registration closes: June 26.
- Waitlist begins: June 27.
