Welcome to SDG – Elevating Soccer Together
At SDG, we are passionate about nurturing the next generation of soccer players and fostering a vibrant soccer community. For over a decade, we have proudly partnered with NUCS/UCSC, one of the largest youth soccer organizations, to enhance coaching education and empower coaches at all levels.
As the Director of Coaching at SDG, I lead our preseason coaching education programs for NUCS/UCSC, where we focus on innovative teaching strategies, player development, and the fundamentals of the game. With 20 years of coaching experience and a decade serving as the Head Coach at Brigham Young University (BYU), I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion for the sport that I am eager to share.
Our mission at SDG is clear: to give back to the soccer community. We believe that investing in coaches translates into better players and a stronger soccer culture. We specialize in all aspects of soccer, from technique to tactical understanding, and our programs are designed to ignite enthusiasm and foster growth among coaches.
