Game Reschedule Instructions for AA

Please follow the correct process any time a game needs to be rescheduled so fields are confirmed, referees are assigned, and unnecessary fees are avoided.

These instructions apply to:
  • AA HOME games
  • AA Away games(With another club)

AA HOME Game Reschedules

AA home game reschedules are pretty simple because they are handled by the club and do not require the state process.

The same process applies whether you initiated the home game reschedule or the visiting team requested it. 

Step 1: Contact the Other Team(If your initiating the reschedule)

Reach out to the opposing coach and get at least 3 possible date/time options.

To find contact information in Affinity:

  1. If they are a NUCS team, you can see the other coach's contact info next to their team name on the schedule on My Team Schedule, go to Complete reschedule form below
  2. OR
  3. Log into your UYSA Affinity account
  4. Make sure your picture/profile is highlighted
  5. Click TEAMS
  6. Click Tournament and Schedule Apps
  7. Click Schedules/Game Scoring next to the correct team
  8. Click the opposing team name to see contact information

Now: Complete the reschedule form

Watch for an email confirming the change and the change on your schedule

Especially if you initiated it, confirm the other coach saw the change was complete.

  1. Speak with the opposing coach and get 3 possible reschedule dates you agree on

  3. The game will be rescheduled
  4. You will receive confirmation
  5. Referees will be assigned

AA AWAY Game Reschedules (with another club)

  • If you need to reschedule an AA away game with another club, contact the opposing coach and coordinate directly with them and their field assignor.
  • Their process will be differnt

  • If the visiting team wants the reschedule, please submit the form on your side so you can confirm the correct field, date, and time. 
  • If you receive an email request to approve a reschedule, review it carefully and accept it only if the details work.
